Bike Fun Ride at Pickamania!

Sign up for both road and mountain bike fun rides for every level of riding ability. In addition to fun rides, adults can learn how to create and conduct bike trains and take those trains into town. BikeWorks will be on hand to promote its afterschool, weekend, and earn-a-bike programs. All rides will leave from Gough Park on Sat. Sept. 9, beginning with the expert mountain bike ride at 8 a.m., road and intermediate mountain bike rides at 8:30 a.m. and beginner kid rides at 9:30 a.m.

"Honoring Our Heroes"

This notice and attachments is to formally invite you, your family and friends to help “Honor Our Heroes”, and be part of our formal “9-11” Patriot Day “Remembrance”.  It will be held in Silver City at Gough Park on Sunday, September 11, 2011, from 9 am to 10 am.

Besides honoring our “Patriots and Heroes”, who gave their lives on “9-11-2001”, we are also honoring those who risked their lives in the past and those who risk their lives each and every day to protect our freedoms and liberties, and to provide us all the safety and security we cherish.
